It leaves it soft and managable. It is easy to style so I can be a little arrogant if I want to be. I am complimented on the texture, shine and bounce. Thanks for making me even sexier! I recommend this product to anyone. It can tame damaged hair as well.

I discovered this shampoo when visiting my daughter. I caught a whiff of the delicate scent as she walked by me and was surprised that it was her shampoo and not a scented lotion or perfume. I tried it of course and besides smelling great, it cleans my hair wonderfully and gently. Also comes in like scented conditioner, hair gel, hair thickener spray (I have very thin/fine hair and this stuff really works!) and other terrific products. Usually found in the salon products aisle. Haven't wanted to use any other brand hair product since trying this item.

Although the product was listed as "new," it is obvious that both straighteners were previously used. (They didn't even come in a full Chi box). The straighteners work just fine, but don't be fooled-these are not brand new.

CHI is all the rave for women with thick, coarse, curly, wavy, so on and so on, hair. I have really fine, thin hair, but my stylist used this product on me and I loved it. It is a detangler and smoother but it didn't weigh my hair down. I have looked at a few local beauty supply stores and couldn't find it. I'm so glad to see it here, and at a discount. I'm buying my own bottle now!!

I really like the way this product cleans my hair and leave a nice shine to my color treated hair. I originally tried the product as a sample that a friend gave me. I loved the smell! That is the only thing that I found different when I received the big bottle. It still smelled good but it just didn't seem to be the same.

My hairstylist recommended this brand a few years ago, as I am very sensitive to odors in hair products. This organic line is right up my alley as the scent is not cloying - it's a fresh, lemon scent. I tend to go through the shampoo more quickly than the conditioner, thus the largest bottle is best for me. My salon stopped carrying it (they could not obtain it any longer) and so I started searching online. It is also more economical to purchase it online rather than in the salon.
